3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the Site working (for example, to remember items in your cart), to understand how visitors use the Site, and to measure our advertising.
We may use:
- Essential cookies, which are needed for the cart, checkout, and security;
- Analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, which tell us how visitors use the Site; and
- Advertising cookies and pixels, such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads, which help us show and measure ads on other websites and social media.
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Change your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site, such as the cart, may stop working if you block essential cookies.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or optout.networkadvertising.org, and in the ad settings of your social media accounts.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below:
- Service providers who work for us, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, website hosting and e-commerce platform providers, email delivery and marketing tools, and customer support tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Analytics and advertising partners, who receive limited online activity information through cookies and pixels, as described above.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LawnLogic, our customers, or others, or to detect and prevent fraud.
- Business transfers. If LawnLogic is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to complete your order, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and using payment processors that follow industry security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”), gives you certain rights over your personal information.
Information we collect
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, for the business purposes described in Section 2:
- Identifiers: name, address, email address, phone number, IP address.
- Customer records: billing and shipping details, as in your order. Payment card data is handled by our payment processors.

Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. You can opt out of this sharing at any time by contacting us at the email below, using the opt-out links in Section 3, or by turning on a browser setting that sends an opt-out preference signal.
Your rights
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share, and to receive a copy of the specific information we hold about you.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, we may need to keep order records for tax purposes).
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, so this right does not currently apply to our practices.

How to make a request
To exercise your rights, email us at SUPPORT EMAIL or call +1 (859) 389-3241. If we need more time, we may extend this by up to another 45 days and will tell you why. You may also ask an authorized agent to make a request for you; we may ask for proof that you have given them permission.
California “Shine the Light”
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 lets California residents ask which categories of personal information we share with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to these signals, so the Site does not currently change how it works when it receives one.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Websites
The Site may link to other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website you visit.
12. Where We Operate
LawnLogic operates in, and ships only to addresses in, the United States. Your information is processed and stored in the United States. The Site is not designed for visitors outside the United States.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If we make significant changes, we may also notify you by email or with a notice on the Site. We recommend that you review this page periodically.
