These Terms of Service (&#8220;Terms&#8221;) govern your use of lawnlogic.shop (the &#8220;Site&#8221;) and any purchase you make from us. In these Terms, &#8220;LawnLogic,&#8221; &#8220;we,&#8221; &#8220;us,&#8221; and &#8220;our&#8221; mean LawnLogic, 518 E Terrace Ave, Fresno, CA 93704, USA. &#8220;You&#8221; means any person who visits the Site or buys from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Using the Site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>use the Site in a way that breaks any federal, state, or local law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users&#8217; information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>introduce viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage or disrupt the Site;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the Site without our written permission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>place orders using false information or someone else&#8217;s payment method without permission; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interfere with other people&#8217;s use of the Site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Products and Descriptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We try to describe and photograph our lawn care, outdoor power, and hardware products as accurately as we can. Colors may look different on your screen, and small differences in packaging, accessories, or appearance may occur. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are complete, current, or error-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Pricing and Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and product availability can change at any time without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order, or contact you to confirm the correct price, before it ships. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Orders and Guest Checkout<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LawnLogic uses guest checkout only. You do not need to create an account to buy from us, and we do not offer customer accounts at this time. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or an inability to verify your information. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please check your order confirmation email carefully. Because we do not have customer accounts, your confirmation email is your record of the order. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away at the email or phone number listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay, and debit cards. Payment is charged when you place your order. By submitting an order, you authorize us, and our payment processors, to charge the full order total, including the product price, shipping, and any applicable taxes, to the payment method you provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number on our servers. You agree that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Shipping and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Handling time:<\/strong> 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estimated transit time:<\/strong> 8 to 9 business days after your order ships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Estimated total delivery time:<\/strong> 9 to 12 business days from the date of your order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can be caused by carriers, weather, high order volume, customs or inspection issues, or other events outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address that you provided. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Returns and Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may return eligible items within 30 days. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered. LawnLogic pays the return shipping cost. To start a return, contact us using the details below and we will give you instructions. Full details on eligibility, how returns are processed, and how refunds are issued are in our Return &amp; Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Product Use and Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many of our products, including lawn mowers, blowers, power tools, and vacuum cleaners, can cause injury or damage if used incorrectly. You agree to read and follow all instructions, manuals, and safety warnings that come with each product, to wear appropriate protective equipment, to keep children and pets away from operating equipment, and to use each product only for its intended purpose. Using a product in a way that does not follow its instructions is at your own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content on the Site, including the LawnLogic name, logo, text, graphics, images, and layout, belongs to LawnLogic or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Reviews and Communications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you send us feedback, questions, or reviews, you give us permission to use them to improve our products and services and, for reviews, to display them on the Site. Do not send anything that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that infringes anyone&#8217;s rights. We may remove content at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Third-Party Links and Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Warranties and Disclaimers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many products we sell carry a manufacturer&#8217;s warranty, which is described with the product or in the paperwork included in the box. Except for any written warranty that comes with a product and any rights you have under applicable law, the Site and all products are provided &#8220;as is&#8221; and &#8220;as available.&#8221; To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, secure, or free of errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the fullest extent permitted by law, LawnLogic and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to defend and hold LawnLogic harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys&#8217; fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or a product, or your violation of any law or third party&#8217;s rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Governing Law and Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the &#8220;Last updated&#8221; date at the top. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. General<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, that does not mean we have given up our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, and Return &amp; Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and LawnLogic about the Site and your purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19.
